In development
Groundwise
Know the ground you lead from.
Groundwise is a leadership self-assessment for frontline supervisors. It is designed to be short, practical, and honest about what it can and cannot tell you.
- 01
Describe what you do
Rate how often you carry out everyday leader behaviors. The behaviors will be drawn from published research on leadership.
- 02
Look beneath it
Answer a brief planned set of questions about your confidence in handling leadership tasks and how much of your situation feels within your control.
- 03
Reflect and act
Receive a personal report planned to place both layers side by side, highlight strengths, and suggest a few development steps.
What the report is planned to cover
- A summary of your self-ratings on leader behaviors
- Your confidence and sense of control, shown alongside those behaviors
- Strengths to build on and areas to focus on next
- A short, concrete development plan
Where it is today
We are writing and reviewing questions and building a first working version. A pilot with real supervisors will come before any results are offered. Later versions may add input from colleagues, so you can compare how you see yourself with how others see you.
